The short version
The Accountable Plan Calculator does not create an account, ask for your name, email, or phone number, or save the reimbursement details you enter. The calculator processes your entries only to return the result for your current visit. Nothing is written to a customer database, nothing is emailed to us, and nothing is retained in the tool after you close or refresh the page.
What information we collect
From the calculator itself: no stored personal record. You may enter expense categories, dollar amounts, square footage, mileage, and vehicle-use details so the tool can calculate an estimated accountable-plan reimbursement. Those entries are transmitted to our server only to perform the calculation and return the on-screen result. We do not use those entries to identify you, contact you, create a profile, or store your result for later retrieval.
From your visit to the site generally: standard analytics and advertising data. Like most websites, we may use third-party tools to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We do not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, tax ID number, or other client-identifying tax information anywhere in this calculator.
